Are the movements in Waqtic watches genuine Seiko?

Yes. Every Waqtic watch is powered by an authentic Seiko movement, including the NH35 automatic caliber manufactured by TMI (a Seiko subsidiary). These movements offer approximately 41 hours of power reserve, automatic and manual winding, and hacking capability.

What is 904L stainless steel and why does it matter?

904L is a higher-grade stainless steel alloy most famously used by Rolex for their watch cases. Compared to the industry-standard 316L used by most Seiko mod sellers, 904L offers greater corrosion resistance and takes a brighter, more refined polish.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are completed and shipped within approximately 20 days. Waqtic sources the parts for your specific design, hand-assembles the watch, and inspects it before shipping. Free worldwide tracked shipping is included.

Do Waqtic watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch includes a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering movement defects and operational issues under normal use.

Are Waqtic watches replicas or counterfeits?

No. Waqtic watches are not replicas, counterfeits, or affiliated with any luxury watch brand. They are independently designed, custom-built timepieces using genuine Seiko movements and premium aftermarket components.

Can I build a custom Seiko mod?

Yes. Waqtic offers an online watch customizer where you can select your case, dial, bezel, hands, strap, and other components. For designs beyond the customizer, contact Waqtic for a fully bespoke build.

What crystal do Waqtic watches use?

All Waqtic watches use sapphire crystal, rated 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it virtually scratch-proof.

Why does Waqtic use 904L steel instead of 316L?

904L is more corrosion-resistant, takes a higher polish, and is the same alloy used by Rolex. It is a genuine material upgrade at a price point where most Seiko mod competitors do not offer it.

3. Warranty
Waqtic watches are covered solely by the Waqtic warranty described in our Return and Refund Policy. This does not include, replace, or reference any warranty offered by Seiko or any other brand. Wear and tear, misuse, or cosmetic preference are not covered.
