What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with premium parts, usually made of high quality stainless steel.

The purpose of Seiko mods is to bring the designs of luxury watches to a wider audience without resorting to counterfeit products, and by always using the best materials, such as sapphire crystal or ceramic bezels.
Shipping time? | Import Duties?
1. Assembly: Takes 2-4 working days to put together your watch.
2. Quality Testing: After assembly, we spend another 1-3 days on testing and quality checks to ensure optimal performance.
3. Shipping: Your watch is then shipped, which typically requires 4-10 working days.
Overall, the entire process from start to finish spans 7-24 working days (Monday-Friday), ensuring each watch meets our high standards before it reaches you.
Ordering from outside the U.S? We will cover your countries import duties, so you won't have to incur any additional charges or fees during the delivery of your watch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Can I customize a watch the way I want?
Yes. Waqtic offers an online watch customizer where you can select your case, dial, bezel, hands, strap, and other components to create a one-of-a-kind watch. For designs beyond what the customizer offers, you can reach out via email to discuss a fully bespoke build.
Can I exchange or return my order?
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
Please note that this policy does not apply to customized watches.

Are Waqtic Watches water-resistant?
Water resistance depends on the model. Please check the product description for specific details. Upgrades to water resistance are available for purchase. Watches are not recommended for swimming unless stated.
Will I get a warranty on the watch?
Every watch from our workshop comes with a free 1-year warranty . This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.
Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, damage resulting from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities even though they are water resistant. The warranty only covers defects related to the movement.
